Rippedsheets.com is a company that sells all kinds of laser and ink-jet printable papergoods and labels. The site is a bit hard to navigate but if you dig around a bit, you'll find tons of cool products like printable wristbands, waterproof ink-jet labels, die cut labels, perforated hang tags, jewelry card, etc... I even found printable duct tape.
